This slideshow includes all the album cover by Jenni starting from the album ” Poco A Poco “, released on 1994, to the last album, ” Paloma Negra Desde Monterrey “, released on 2016. My favorite songs on all the albums Jenni Rivera made and released is “Mariposa De Barrio” and “Tambian Las Mujeres Pueden”.

The first song I ever heard by Jenni Rivera was “Culpable o Inocente”, and that was because my mom would always listen to it, thinking about my biological father. I know that there are many people out there that might not be fans of Jenni’s music and don’t appreciate her music, but those who do appreciate her music are the people who truly understand how much Jenni worked to get to were she still is because not every female singer leaves this world know to many as a great champion, who deserved every single piece of fame .

Jenni + Family

This slideshow shows pictures of the wonderful Jenni Rivera from when she became a mother until she died in that plane crash. Some of my favorite pictures on the slideshow are when she’s with her daughter on her Quinces. Another of my favorite images from the slideshow is the ” Recordando A Jenni Rivera” image.

If you can notice in every single image on this slideshow, Jenni Rivera always has a smile, even on her last picture before her sad unfortunate death. I feel as if Jenni had the greatest voice, she was that role model that every single adult, teen, and child looked up to, because even in the hardest times of her life she manages to keep a smile on her face.

Jenni’s Music Career

Jenni was very successful when it came to her music career, she made or released many wonderful albums with inspiring songs. Like for example, Jenni’s 2012 album release, ” La Misma Gran Senora “. This album, as well as her other albums, contains many inspiring songs like:JenniRiveraAlbumcover                                                              “La Misma Gran Senora”, “Resulta (Banda)”, “La Gran Senora”, “Ya Lo Se”, “Por Que No Le Calas”, “Hermano Amigo”, ” Trono Caido”, “Besos Y Copas”, “Por Un Amor, Cucurrucucu Paloma”, “Que Me Vas A Dar”, “No Vas A Creer”, “No Me Pregunten Por El”, and “Ovarios”                        This album by Jenni is exceptional because it has many songs that I enjoy listening to, like for example, “Ya Lo Se”, or “Por Que No Le Calas”. I really enjoy listening to “Ya Lo Se” because the songs talks about a heartbreak and how she’s supposed to stop loving him. I like the song “Por Que No Le Calas” because this song also relates to a heartbreak, except that this song is more like the confrontation, where she tells him that if he believes that someone else is going to love, then that he doesn’t come crawling back when he discover he was wrong and stupid when he left her.

Jenni’s Music Career

Another album Jenni released, that became one of my favorite, was “Mi Vida Loca”, this wonderful album was released on the year 2007. The songs on this album include:                                                                                                                                                  Jenniriveraalbumcover“Intro: Escuchame”, “Mi Vida Loca”, “Intro: Mi Primer Amor”, “Hora Que Estuviste Lejos”, “Intro: Look At Me Know”, “Mirame”, “Intro: Nuestro Padre”, “Sangre De Indio”, “Inro: Que Bonito Se Siente”, “La Sopa Del Bebe”, “Intro: La Manutencion”, “Cuanto Te Debo”, “Intro: Equivocada”, “I Will Survive”, “Intro: My Madre Y Yo”, “Dejame Vivir”, “Intro: Mis Hermanos Y Yo”, “Hermano Amigo”, “Intro: Era Yo Su Reina”, ” Dama Divina”, “Intro: Pimienta Y Especies”, “Inolvidable”, “Intro: Mi Madre Y Padre”, “Sin Capitan”, “Intro: Metamorfosis”, “Mariposa De Barrio (LIVE)”, “Agradecimiento: Gracias Mi Gente”.                     This album by Jenni Rivera was/is particularly one of my favorite albums because the album includes on of my favorite songs by Jenni, “Mariposa De Barrio”. “Mariposa De Barrio” is one of my favorite songs by Jenni because the song talks about her life, and how much she suffered/fought to get to where she currently is. I believe that the album “Mi Vida Loca” is a really good album, because it contains a lot of songs that inspire poeple/fans to keep fighting no matter the obsticle.

Jenni’s Music Career

Jenni made many albums before her unfortunate death on December 9, 2012. For example one of her first albums was “Poco A Poco”. This album was released on the year of 1994, when Jenni was about 27 years old. The album “Poco A Poco” includes the songs:pocoapocoalbumcover                                                              “La Chacalosa (feat. Banda Santa Cruz)”, “Embargame a Mi (feat. Banda Santa Cruz)”, “Cuando el  Destino (feat. Banda Santa Cruz)”, “Ni Me Debes, Ni Te Debo (feat. Banda Santa Cruz)”, “Libro Abierto (feat. Banda Santa Cruz)”, “Marisela y Chalino (feat. Banda Santa Cruz)”, “Tambien Las Mujeres Pueden (feat. Banda Santa Cruz)”, “Esperando Que Me Quieras (feat. Banda Santa Cruz)”, “Si Tu Pensabas (feat. Banda Santa Cruz)”, “Poco a Poco (feat. Banda Santa Cruz)”, “Se Me Sierra El Mundo (feat. Banda Santa Cruz)”, and “Tengo Un Amor (feat. Banda Santa Cruz)”.                         My favorite songs on this album is “Tambien Las Mujeres Pueden” because it talks about strong woman who become, let say dangerous, when it comes to defending themselves and those they love. Another song that I really liked was ” Si Tu Pensabas” because it the first song that Jenni wrote talking about how she won’t be hurting for a man who didn’t respect and that she has already moved on. Additionally, this album was especially different because Jenni’s voice was a bit different than the voice we recognize her by on her later albums/records.

Accomplishments

Jenni Rivera had many accomplishments, for starters she managed to finish high-school and graduate from College, with a degree in business, as she took care of her 3 children, Jacqueline “Jacqui” Marin and Michael Marin. I believe that this is a great achievement because she married Marin in 1984 and had two more children. Their union wasn’t blissful; Rivera described their eight years as physically and mentally abusive.trinojenni'shusband                                                       Another accomplishment of the great Jenni Rivera would be that she built the courage to leave her husband Marin, after 8 years of a physical and mental abuse. I believe this is a great accomplishment because it became the first step towards her new future with music. Additionally, her volatile marriage led to depression and two suicide attempts, because of that awful marriage with Trino.                                                                                             The accomplishments listed below might not seem like real accomplishments to other people, but to the people who agree with me on the accomplishments above are the people, or more specific the woman who understand how sometimes it is very difficult for a female to leave their abusive man because the female might say that their husbands or boyfriends are going to change or they either say the typical excuse, ” But I love him”. I might be a young adult to some people and you might think that I’m way to young to understand, but in that case I would tell you that no one is “too young” to know that no woman (or man) should tolerate a relationship that only harms them.

Jenni Rivera’s Life

Jenniunbreakable            The Great Jenni Rivera or ” Diva De La Banda” was born on July 2, 1969, in Los Angeles, and was baptized Dolores Janney Rivera Saavedra. Jenni is the daughter of  Rosa Saavedra and Pedro Rivera. Jenni had 5 siblings when she was born, Rosie Rivera, Lupillo Rivera, Juan Rivera, Peter Rivera, and Gustavo Rivera. At the age of 43, on  December 9, 2012 Jenni was on an airplane accident that sadly ended her wonderful life.                                                                                                 Jenni’s youth wasn’t easy. She got pregnant at 15 by Trino Marin, and her parents booted her out of their house. She married Marin in 1984 and had two more children. Their union wasn’t blissful; Rivera described their eight years as physically and mentally abusive. She still managed in this time to complete high school and college, studying business. But her volatile marriage led to depression and two suicide attempts. Eventually, Rivera left her husband, reconciled with her parents and started working for her dad’s record label, Cintas Acuario. There she discovered a new dream, turning out to be singing.
